Refund policy

Returns

Returns are 100% free*. We refund 100% of your purchase price and shipping costs. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note: All sales on Custom and Made-to-Order items (e.g. Customizable States) are final and are not eligible for return or a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you have questions about your exchange/return please email us at hello@hemlockandheather.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Exchanges (if applicable)

All Made-to-order pieces and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges are 100% free for exchanges of items that are the same or lesser value. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hemlockandheather@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject of your email.

Refunds (if applicable)

All Made-to-order pieces and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 days.
