Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped either via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS), depending on the customer's choice of shipping. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

NOTE: If you order one of our Made-to-Order pieces, please allow up to 10 business days for us to build your piece. Once built, the standard shipping transit times apply.  

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• Standard UPS Ground: Will arrive in 1-5 business days after processing and shipping

• Standard USPS Ground: Will arrive in 1-3 business days after processing and shipping
